Our new building opened its doors in August 2023 and offers a first-class facility for a wide range of uses. It is an ideal venue for conferences, meetings, concerts, and informal occasions. There is a carpark for up to 39 vehicles including three disabled parking spaces. Disabled toilet and baby changing facilities are available. A lift is available to provide access to the first floor. Free WiFi is available throughout the building and a range of equipment is available on request (e.g. Smart TVs, PA/AV equipment, tables, chairs etc).

The majority of rooms can be used Theatre Style or Conference Style to accommodate the needs of the hirer. The following rooms below are available for hire, maximum capacity in brackets:

Ground Floor

Cedar Hall

Cedar Hall comfortably seats 145 people (theatre style). There is a large projector screen, PA system and computer available. In addition to church services this is typically used for conferences, school assemblies and other large gatherings etc. It is possible to hire a section of the hall and the musical equipment (e.g. community choir)

Olive Branch Café

The café, which comfortably seats up to 40 people, has a well-equipped servery and kitchen. An ideal space for coffee breaks, lunches and for informal networking and conversation. A Smart TV is installed for use by hirers.

Sycamore Room 1, 2, 3 and Astroturf
Sycamore Room

The Sycamore room is a large space seating approx. 75 people in a Theatre set up, and 54 in a conference style. The room can be partitioned into thirds such that a smaller room can be hired. The room looks out onto the Astroturf which is also available for hire. The hall currently used for Parent and Toddlers groups, Seniors Meetings and Children’s Groups. Smart TV is available.

Willow Lounge

The Willow Lounge has a sofa area and kitchenette which makes it ideal for a range of activities. At present it is used for support groups, youth groups and various other meetings. A SMART TV is available.

The Oak Room
Oak Room

Perfect for board meetings and groups up to 15. It is also ideal for one-to-one meetings and interviews. A shared kitchenette may also be available as shown for the Willow Lounge. Smart TV is available.

Mustard Seed
Mustard Seed Room

The Mustard Seed can also be used as a meeting venue for small groups and one-to-one meetings. Toys are available should it be used as a creche. A shared kitchenette may also be available as shown for the Willow Lounge. Smart TV is available.
